Jason DiVenere, CEO
As a former Management Consultant and Design Engineer for Virgin Galactic’s SpaceShipTwo, Jason started JDlux in 2016 to provide superior private residence management services for homeowners in Malibu. Having grown up living on the ocean in Hilton Head, South Carolina, with parents who owned one of the island’s largest property management companies, he understands the challenges of owning a home in a marine environment and has ensured his client’s homes remain pristine, despite mother nature. As a private pilot, he’s taken checklists to the next level for his clients by creating customized daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual checklists for the homes he manages to ensure nothing is overlooked.
Jason earned his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, where he also studied Business and Physics as an undergraduate. He completed Pre-Med at Georgetown University. When not working or studying, Jason enjoys spending time with his two young children, dog, and wife.
Corey G., Estate Manager
Born in the sunny landscapes of Palm Springs, California, Corey has called Los Angeles home for the past six years. With over 15 years of diverse experience in fields ranging from refrigeration, electronics repair, to even automotive repairs, Corey brings a robust technical mindset to every challenge he faces. His keen eye for detail and meticulous approach ensure that he delivers exceptional results, particularly in luxury properties where he has honed his skills while serving prestigious clientele.
A middle child among three brothers, Corey has developed strong collaborative skills and a unique adaptability that enhance his interactions both personally and professionally. Known for being sharp, well-spoken, and genuinely enjoyable to be around, he fosters positive relationships wherever he goes. In his spare time, Corey prioritizes fitness and healthy living, often enjoying an active lifestyle with his wife. Whether he's tackling a complex repair or exploring the outdoors, Corey approaches life with enthusiasm and dedication.
